Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, these wines are distilled under vacuum to preserve their aroma. The vacuum lowers the boiling point of the alcohol to 26 degrees Celsius. This preserves all the natural ingredients and aromas of the wine.

Now you no longer have to choose – 100% flavor is also possible with 0% alcohol! Our Riesling, Riesling Frizzante, and the “Ohne Limit” cuvée have an alcohol content of 0% vol., making them lower in calories and also suitable for drivers.

All products are dry and are ideal as an aperitif or non-alcoholic accompaniment to food. “Ohne Limit” is a cuvée of Rhine Riesling, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay and can be enjoyed without limit!
