Our White Wines:

In the outskirts of Moedling we are well known for our Pinot Blanc and native varietals, such as Zierfandler and Rotgipfler. Due to climate and soil conditions white wines are the main focus of our winery.

All our wines are certified organic by the European Union.

Gemischter Satz

The Gemischter Satz is one of the newest wines in our collection, so we decided to give a brand new label. On which you can see four women who represent the last four generations of female winemakers at Pferschy-Seper.

Typically with Gemischter Satz, you plant a minimum of three varietals in the same vineyard. They are then harvested and processed together to create the finished wine. For this reason, each winery that makes a Gemischter Satz will have a wine unique to itself.

In our Gemischter Satz we use the varieties: Gruner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Traminer, and Neuburger.

On the nose there is a wide range of aromas. On the palate, the acidity, fruitiness, and the light residual sugar play harmoniously together.

Particularly rich and fruity wines mature along the hillside of the Anninger near Gumpoldskirchen, where our vineyards are located.
