Only perfectly ripened berries that have already been dried to raisins on the vine are used which have a low juice yield due to the high sugar concentration. Not all vintages can produce these specialties and such high levels of sugar, therefore we appreciate this wine even more.<\/p>\n<p>Particularly impressive with our Pinot Blanc selection is the light golden yellow, the fine scent of stone fruit, as well as the fresh and elegant acidity, which makes this wine a particularly noble and storable sweet wine speciality.<\/p>\n<p>This selection is a good example of the variety of possibilities to expand Pinot Blanc grapes.
