For this Rosé we used Zweigelt grapes, which were processed quickly and gently, similar to white wine. The Zweigelt comes from our vineyards located on the Eichkogel, a hillside located in the heart of the Thermenregion, where this variety finds the ideal soil for ripening.

Bright pink in color. Both on the nose and on the palate, this rosé presents itself with finesse-rich strawberry and cherry aromas. Due to its fruity play of aromas and its pleasant acid structure, it is ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes.
