Weißburgunder Klassik 2021

Great pleasure in small bottles: since the year 2020 we bottled 2 of our most popular varieties (Rotgipfler & Weißburgunder) in 0.375l bottles. These are perfect as a gift, to enjoy alone or as a couple, half a bottle is just the thing!

The vines for this classic Weißburgunder were already planted by the great-grandmother around 1950 and as a single variety bottled, the reason therefore is the Thermenregion is especially suitable for cultivating the Burgundy varieties.

Our Weißburgunder, has matured in stainless steel and presets all characteristics of a good Burgundy: Power, long aftertaste and the fine balance of fruitiness and acidity result in a harmonious wine.

With its fine bouquet, it is an excellent and easily accompaniment to food. “A perfect wine for all occasions”: this is how “A la Carte” describes our Weißburgunder.
