With its multi-faceted aroma, the variety is suitable for something very special. After fermentation, our Traminer is stored on the mash for a month, after this the wine matures for several weeks on the fine yeast, which gives it a certain creaminess and fullness.
Filtration and the addition of preservatives are deliberately completely avoided, which is why the color changes slightly. When dry, the Traminer Natural is orange-colored and naturally cloudy in the glass because the wine has been filled with a little fine yeast in the bottle. The typical rose tones and the clear traminer fruit are accompanied by subtle tannins. Fine herbal notes are present.
