Our climate and the soil allow us to cultivate a varied spectrum of varieties, the Thermenregion is also called the secret Burgundy of Austria. In addition to the varieties which come from the Burgundy family such as Weißburgunder, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and St. Laurent, we also cultivate two autochthonous varieties Zierfandler and Rotgipfler, which can only be found here.
